What is the mission?
To create an environment of belonging for disabled team members, guests, and carers by matching their unique stories with unrivaled training, support, and an unforgettable hospitality experience.
How does the mission work?
Beginning January 2024, we’ll be inviting disabled guests and carers to help us pilot a brand-new accessible travel program with Virgin Hotels.
We will also be providing on-site training to Virgin Hotels + helping design employee resource groups for disabled and carer team members.
As the four-phased pilot steps are completed, we will extend our mission to the wider hospitality sector.
