FAQs

  • Sometimes, we will need people for in-person opportunities, and sometimes it will be as simple as participating in a virtual conversation, or answering a few questions about your perspective on travel.

If you’re in being considered, below is a brief form to help us get to know you, and how best to reach out to you.

Our team will work with you to find the best way for you to participate and be heard.

  • Currently, we’re mapping in-person pilots in Texas, Tennessee, Florida, New York, Scotland, and England. Additional locations are being considered, and virtual conversations could be attended from anywhere.

  • Not necessarily. In these early stages, we will invite qualifying participants to the in-person gatherings who live in regional proximity to the brand location, or who already are planning to travel. There may be opportunities in the near future for broader travel, but for now we’re hoping to keep it simple for local participation.

  • Participation incentives from a brand will vary from location to location. It could include anything from free products, food and beverage (made to your accommodations), activities, and free or discounted travel opportunities.

From our perspective, we may also ask for your participation in larger or additional gatherings that will increase incentive offerings along the way as well.

  • The short answer is…we hope so.

The longer answer is: brands often don’t know what they’re missing when it comes to accessibility and accommodation. They don’t spend enough time in proximity with people like you and me, and need guidance on changes they need to make in order for us to give them our time, money, and loyalty.

We know accessible travel and universal hospitality has a long way to go, but the more brands get to spend time with potential customers, the more effectively they will be able to offer the experience we are looking for.
