Blending classical preparations and exciting new flavors, The Darling pays careful attention to local ingredients and sustainability. Everything we ate was amazing - starting with a salad and oysters and ending with a fully prepared lobster.
Cocktails
Come thirsty and leave happy with their fresh and light cocktails and wine menu. Opt for our fave, the Siren, made with silver tequila, yellow chartreuse, and dehydrated lime. If you’re in the mood to try something different, order a glass of orange wine.
Happy hour is daily from 4 - 7 pm and includes $1 oysters, $1 off draft beer, and $1 off draft cocktails.
The Raw Bar
